“Visited the iolla store in Glasgow - the staff were all very lovely and polite. They allowed me to have a browse by myself but were also on hand to assist with queries. It was quite busy at the weekend but they had a nice waiting corner for customers. When I got my glasses order fitted, the staff were very informative and professional. Overall very lovely and modern atmosphere, superb staff! Glasses also felt to be high quality and the prices were all set at £85 which is a great price. Only minor issue I have is that they cannot offer super thin lenses like other commercial opticians because of manufacturer limitations. If your prescription quite strong I would take this into consideration because my lenses came back quite thick.”

We are sorry to hear your lenses came back thick, all of our prescription lenses include anti-reflective and anti-scratch coatings as standard. For stronger prescriptions, we use thinner, high-index lenses at no extra cost.

“The best glasses company ever! So helpful in the Manchester Store. I have bought from other similar chains and non compare in quality and level of customer service. I will only use Iolla moving forward and recommend to everyone I know! Thank you”

“Iolla combines trendy frames and reasonable prices with the best part - amazing customer service. Whether you visit a store or chat with an associate online, I've gotten only the highest levels of professionalism and service. Which led me to purchase a second set of frames recently and might do a third later thsi year! Check them out - it has been my newest and best discovery in shopping in Scotland!”

“I have 3 pairs of IOLLA glasses now and love them all! I really enjoy the experience of going into the shops to try on lots of pairs and the staff are always very helpful😊 Would recommend highly!”

“Love my new glasses! I’m used to going to the same Place, and couldn’t find a style i really loved. At IOLLA I had too many to choose from that I loved! The staff were so helpful but not pushy. I don’t normally spend as much on frames but it’s so worth it and for something you wear every day it’s a great deal! I will definitely be back!”
