“Excellent experience from start to finish. Lovely friendly staff, relaxed, modern shop and easy sales process and delivery. I would highly recommend. Special shout out to Laura. She was so knowledgeable about the products and guided me in the right direction very quickly. Brilliant service.”

“I have may pairs of Iola glasses from Prescription sunglasses to traditional glasses and I love them. I love the large verity of frames that are on offer and recommend to friends and family but also all my clients I see at work. 💕”

“LOVE my new glasses ! after having horrendous service at specsavers i came here , the atompshere was so welcoming by the staff who let me try on nearly every pair of glasses, did not feel rushed and the lady helped me pick between 3 pairs as i was undecided. Fantastic value for money i will never go to any other place now .Cant thank staff enough and the process is so quick and received my glasses in a week in a lovely box. I keep telling people to come here and will encourage anyone who wears glasses to What a bargain £85 for all glasses ! 10/10 for me”

“Iolla have been amazing - I ordered a pair of glasses from them but it transpired that my optician had provided the wrong prescription. Iolla stayed onside and in contact throughout the lengthy back and forth I had with said opticians and made sure that once the prescription issue was resolved the lenses were redone, with no additional charge. Just a great experience from start to finish when dealing with Iolla's online customer service team and their friendly staff in their Edinburgh store. Thanks again!”

“Staff in the Manchester store were so approachable, friendly and helpful, not 1 question went unanswered. I love the simplistic concept behind this brand , one price all in . Definitely left after my purchase feeling I wasn’t ripped off , not nasty add-ons and confident IOLLA would deliver. They did , I’m happy . Two wonderful girls/staff”

“The team at IOLLA surpassed my expectations… excellent advice and help from the Finnieston crew. Quality, modern and stylish design frames and half the price of varifocals I bought at M&S last year. I’ll be returning to get some sunglasses before summer arrives. 10/10”

“There is an amazing choice of frames for everyone and all are very stylish. Some subtle, some bold depending upon your personality. The speed at which the glasses are delivered is great and the staff are happy to answer any questions that you may have. I am delighted with mine both in terms of looks and quality.”

“I like the styles of glasses frames in the showrooms, but found the clip-on sunglasses not very effective against strong sunlight. Also, my glasses slipped down my nose & had to be taken back in to shop to be altered (legs were too long & needed bent) done promptly. Find the varifocal lenses not as good quality as my other glasses. Cheaper, nice frames but don't often wear them as give me a headache.”

“Great service, as always. Made a special trip from North of Scotland to visit Edinburgh to use a gift voucher and try on new specs. Helpful staff. Specs delivered to my door. Fit and feel great since day arrived!”
