“Have been a loyal customer since there was only one store, always amazing service, special mention to Laura (i think) who put a rush on my order when I needed a new pair for a wedding! Amazing service, amazing glasses, even better prices!”

“a great selection of beautiful specson sale. the fixed price means no add ons if single vision. the cost is way moreaffordable than my usual optical chain. the staff were really helpful in helping me choose a pair of sunglasses with a pretty awkwars precscripton to fit.”

“It was an adventure choosing my glasses initially. Friendly staff member guided and advised me on suitable choices. A speedy service in the production. Downside. They were not the £85 as I first thought but still cheaper than my own optician. When I arrived to collect I was given glasses, case with cloth and thanked. There was no insistence that glasses were checked for fit or sight. This was disappointing part of service making it look as staff were not fully qualified optical experts. The price not the overall service might attract me to return.”

However, like with other opticians, varifocal lenses come at an additional charge. “Customer service was personable and quickly responsive, especially admirable since I live in Washington State USA. I loved the frames I tried on at the Glasgow shop, nothing in my area came close to this style and color. Ordering was easy, and shipment was reasonably timed. Since I have progressive lenses, I had my local Costco make and insert the lenses, with no problem at all. Excellent value and quality, I will order additional frames in the future.”

“The staff, were lovely, helpful, and the experience, within the store 1st class. The glasses, on display, to try on, were so different. shapes, and vibrant colours. It was not like walking into,the the normal opticians. I am very impressed with my glasses, and the service I have received up to date. As I got my glasses a few weeks ago, to collect in store. And I have already, told my friends, about IOLLA.”

“The customer service at Iolla is second to none. I had an issue with my glasses & they were so helpful, keeping my informed by email & phone as to what was happening & then making a completely new pair for me. I would definitely recommend the Glasgow store.”

“I had the most amazing experience in Iolla Edinburgh. The staff were really helpful adn I loved the fact that there wasn't an extra charge for thining down the lenses. Also loved the re-fills for the glasses cleaner.”

“Both times i've purchased glasses from Iolla have been so straightforward, fast and most importantly affordable. What you see is what you get - one price for everything. You are not lured in with offers on frames only, to end up paying over an above for everything else. I can't see myself ever going back to getting glasses from the usual suspects on the high street.”
