“The branch near the Kelvin grove park made me feel very welcome.. Really happy with my choice that,was encouraged to go out my comfort zone which I'm delighted to now wear! Thanks for all your help I'll be back 🙂”

“Great service Popped in to Manchester store as ordering bifocals. They measure me up saved over £500 on the quote from boots for glasses an sunglasses. All delivered to home”

“Initially ordered pinkish frames, but when I received them I did not suit them . I think this has to do with the lighting in the shop, it gives you a more staged setting than natural day light. Anxiously I returned to the shop and without any hesitation they were changed there and then for a more fitting colour of frame in the same style. Fabulous, thank you!”

“My experience with IOLLA was fantastic. The online reps were very helpful with my order and questions, especially as this was the first time ordering prescription glasses online. The glasses arrived last week (I live in Canada) and I am extremely happy with the quality and service I received from IOLLA. I will definitely be ordering from this business again!!!”

“Fabulous! My specs broke and I got a new frame fitted for £30 under a week. Over the phone customer service is impeccable and they send me a label to ship my broken pair.”
