“The care for detail and friendly approach is welcoming. The professionalism of the staff making sure that the frames are measured correctly and then making sure they feel good on collection.”

“I had a slight issue with the shade of sunglasses that I ordered a few months ago. The customer support team contacted me directly and offered an in store follow up. I have had the lenses changed and they are perfect for me. Customer service, customer support and general contact was excellent.”

“I ordered a pair of varifocal sunglasses before I went on holiday, cutting it very fine with the delivery date. Contacted the Customer Service department two days before I left and was told the glasses would be in store the next day. They were, they fitted perfectly and the service I received when I picked them up was first class, as was the service when I ordered them. No problem at all, on holiday, infact helped make the holiday mor enjoyable because I could see where I was going. Thanks to all the team, especially Jo who couldn't be more helpful.”

“Had a lovely experience of Iolla (Manchester) from start to finish. The girls made me feel welcome and were helpful without being intrusive as I browsed. I am really happy with my new glasses and would recommend Iolla to friends and family.”

“My husband and I both really love IOLLA - they have a great range, they're affordable, and they're always so helpful, patient, and kind. We love that their baseline is higher quality as well, instead of making you pay extra for anti-glare coating etc. Really can't beat them for a quality pair of fashionable glasses at an affordable price.”

“Love my specs, I only need them for reading so didn't want to spend a fortune but the stuff in my price range in other shops all looked cheap. Fantastic quality, at a great price, just got my second pair 😊”

“I am delighted with my new glasses from IOLLA. I really like the style, and the lenses, despite my prescription, are thin and fit the frame really well. They were completed on time as promised. I think the cost for stylish, well made glasses is excellent.”
