“Great experience getting 2 new pairs of glasses from IOLLA. Visited one of the Glasgow stores - staff were really helpful and not pushy at all. Process of buying my glasses was quick and straightforward. Glasses arrived in the post about a week later - delighted with them! Excellent quality for the price - very happy!”

“The in-store experience was chill, well laid out and smelled fantastic, which made it an easy and enjoyable shopping experience. My glasses arrived within a week, which was earlier than expected and are just gorgeous. I've already had a friend of mine who tried them on buy the same frames! Customer service is also quick to respond and very no nonsense or fuss.”

“Recently bought prescription sunglasses. They are amazing. Best £85 I’ve spent in a long time. Cannot believe the price. So modern, and make me feel great. I will be purchasing them as normal glasses as well. The service in store was top class. Friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. I received my glasses in 7 days. Even better than the 8-14 days quoted. I cannot recommend more. I will be a regular customer.”

“Great service, especially in the Glasgow city centre store, the frames I usually get are discontinued and staff member found me a much better frame than I did! Great value for money too.”

I'm so sorry to hear that your order is not with you Nourah! I can see that we posted them to you over a week ago but there were some issues with Royal Mail delivering to your address, we're so sorry about this. Now that your glasses have been returned to us by Royal Mail, we've sent them to our showroom for you to collect as you requested. I'll double check with our showroom that the courier has arrived with them and a member of our team will be back in touch with you shortly with an update. We hope you love your glasses when you get them!
