“Was very apprehensive about getting glasses. Just felt glasses didn’t suit me. Staff at Glasgow city centre put me at ease and guided me to a choice I felt comfortable with. To be honest don’t know what I would have done without them”

“My 2nd pair of glasses bought along with the sunglass clip on for the Stewart frame which were a godsend . Fantastic service from all at the Finneston Branch always attentive and helpful and nothing is ever to much trouble love shopping here keep up the good work thank you Carolyn Boyle Campbell frames purchased July 22”

“We made a planned detour in our grand Scottish campervan trip to choose my specs in the Edinburgh branch. The new member of staff was very helpful and I enjoyed trying on different colours and styles.”

“Fantastic, staff are super helpful, reasonable prices, the glasses all great styles - regular updates too which is fab. They allow dogs in the shop, which is lovely in the summer when I can’t leave my dog in the car! We both have pairs - M is prescription and mine just sunnies. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!”

“I only needed a new frame but really liked one online. So I just bought some reading glasses to get the frame for my next new lenses..bilateral cataracts causing me to constantly be changing my prescription . Anyway loved being able to try them on virtually. They arrived after 10days and am delighted with them”

“A few weeks ago I bought 2 pairs of glasses from Iolla. Great service & good modern quality frames . There was a problem with the multi focal glasses.We had good communications & I was in store today. No problems & hopefully all sorted & thanks for your help.”

“I’ve been absolutely loving my glasses, especially given the student discount. They look amazing, and I’ve been complimented on them several times. They fit super well, and have not really needed to push them back into my face (although I still do it out of habit from my old glasses). I’m super happy with them, best decision I’ve made all summer”

“Iolla provide consistently great customer service! Having lost my Iolla prescription varifocal sunnies in Turkey, I didn’t want to buy another pair as my prescription is 4 yrs old and may need updating soon. I bought a pair of polarised clip on’s which fit perfectly over my variocal Paterson glasses (I love how all the styles have Scottish names!) They arrived at my address in Turkey within 5 days of me placing the order! I’m absolutely delighted with them. I can now be comfortable in the sun while being able to see clearly. Thank you once again Iolla! ❤️😎”
