“I have bought several pairs of glasses from Iolla since they opened in Finnieston. Their pricing is competitive and there’s a wide range of styles which is regularly updated. Their customer service is excellent and they’re very obliging when dealing with routine maintenance issues.”

“Kept seeing these guys on instagram and the frames looked great…so I popped along to the Manchester showroom to have a look with my partner (who ended up buying two pairs of glssses for himself!)….loved the range and the shopping experience was quite relaxed,looked at frames at my leisure without any pushy salespeople annoying me! Ended up buying the Williams frame in crystal gray and love em! The assistant was really happy and friendly and took all my details and measurements….went back the next week to pick em up and I love em! Might come back for some more soon!”

“I always feel welcome at the show room. I was approached as soon as i walked in, and offered advise. I was surprised to know that the show rooms stock the clip on sunglasses. i had lost my pair and wanted to order one, but instead i was able to enjoy the sunny day while wearing my iolla's. i can't recommend iolla enough.”

“LOVE LOVE LOVE my first prescription sunglasses! 🕶️ Really pleased with how fast the whole thing was. I just popped in at the showroom with my prescription and ordered right there and then. My pair was really to pick up in about 6-7 working days, and they are perfect! Couldn't fault a single thing.”

“I have a very high prescription and so my glasses are usually very expensive. Given the vastly reduced price, I thought I would give Iolla a try. The frames are nice and the lenses are as thin as those from my normal optician. However, there is just something not right about the vision. The first pair made me feel seasick whenever I moved/looked around. The staff were very nice and they checked the glasses, the measurements etc. and eventually made me up a new pair. These are better than the first ones but they are still not right. It's hard to articulate what the issue is but I cannot wear them for long periods of time - they are not comfortable, particularly if I'm moving around. However, I'm just going to keep them as a back-up pair. However, next time I need new ones I'll just cough up the money and get them from my normal optician. I think if you have a more average prescription this place is probably a great option for you.”

“Smooth transaction start to finish when I ordered a pair of glasses online by uploading a copy of my prescription. I love the facility to ‘try’ them on (virtually) in advance (saved time, money and carbon emissions from travelling into a store) and when the glasses arrived the fitted perfectly and do the job. The price is very fair considering it includes anti-glare coating. I’d be happy to recommend IOLLA to others.”
