“Staff in the new Edinburgh store were very welcoming and helpful. Lots of choice and fairly priced. Love my new sun glasses and will go back when reading glasses need replaced.”

“I'm new to IOLLA, and the experience was great. I went into the Glasgow store where I received a warm welcome (within COVID physical distancing guidelines of course), plenty of freedom to try on various glasses and without any pressure from the staff. They were nearby to offer advice and couldn't fault them. I ended up having to order online which was a smooth process, and I absolutely love my new glasses. Just brilliant end to end.”

“I am so impressed with my whole experience at the St James Quarter Edinburgh Iolla shop. Hannah was so friendly and it was all just so easy to do! I handed in my prescription, had some measurements taken, and my glasses were sent to me 10 days later as I was advised! Brilliant! I have had no problems with my glasses and the prices are just amazing. I have varifocals so they were £145, well worth the cost...so much so I am planning on getting another pair as I love the selection and I have my eye on another set of frames!”

“Had the best service from Jane in the Glasgow city centre store. She was extremely patient while I tried out a few of the glasses and dedicated a large part of her time helping me select the right pair for me. I couldn’t have experienced a better service.”

“I choose a tortoiseshell pair varifocal Bruce frames with gold edged clip on sunglasses. It took ages to pick them out as lots of the frames appealed to me. They arrived quickly and are perfect!”

“I have baaaaad eyesight, so have always had to pay a lot extra to get lenses that aren't an inch thick. I looked at a few other companies whose frames looked equally nice and were comparably priced, but for my prescription the lenses would've more than doubled the total cost. So I couldn't believe it when I found Iolla and they a) had frames I loved AND b) offered my super-strength lenses at no extra cost. Ordering was really easy, and I LOVED the glasses as soon as they arrived. I've been admiring myself in the mirror daily ever since. THANK YOU IOLLA.”
