“I elected to have express delivery however my glasses were not shipped in the guaranteed time frame. Luckily without having to reach out iolla refunded my express delivery charge and shipped my glasses in a 24 hour shipment so they arrived in the right timescale anyway! Really easy ordering too.”

Hey Aiden, I'm sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your IOLLA experience. I've looked into this for you and can see that your prescription was uploaded to us 20 days after your order, meaning we couldn't make a start on your glasses until this point. I can see from there that your glasses were delivered on working day 6 and were within our standard lead time for prescription orders. “After about 4 years my original Iolla sunglasses broke after I'd bent them too much. I went into Iolla to get a new pair and was helped to find a pair that suited me perfectly. I had to get them to built to my prescription but I had a wedding on the weekend so I ordered them in a rush job, they weren't quite ready in time (my fault for ordering too late) for me to pick up before flying straight after work on the Friday. One of the staff at Iolla St James Quarter went as far as to visit me at work and drop them off at my work before I flew!! I was able to wear them to the wedding and I was definitely the most fashionable person there (after the bride). Iolla, never lets you down”

“Order placed, two days later order confirmed by email. Then nothing. One month to the day after placing the order an email to say the glasses were ready to collect. Nice people in the shop but dreadful communication and no apologies for seriously missing the advertised 6 - 12 working days turnaround.”

“Wow , absolutely loved this place. The store, staff and the glasses are all utterly amazing. Great service, brilliant prices and the quality and selection of the products was outstanding. “Just got some Iolla polaroid clip ons for my Connolly frames. Easy to fit and an exact match for the frames. So much better than third party 'one size fits all' clip ons. I use them for driving. They reduce reflections from windscreens and road surfaces. Now I can see straight through the windscreens of oncoming cars and see who is their phone !”
