“Great concept, great glasses and great value. Staff in store need to be more attentive to customers. Was in store in Edinburgh St James for over 20 mins and nobody asked me if I needed help or was ok (did hear all about their personal lives as they stood around chatting amongst themselves though!). Only engagement was when I asked them. When help asked for, girl was pleasant and helpful.”

“I love Iolla glasses and own quite a few pairs. They are always being complimented and I am asked where I bought them. I really wish they would do a bright pink colour and the lava red in all the styles.”

“From the minute I walked through the door I knew I was going to like this place staff are so friendly the music in the background is a lovey touch and I the the girls and boys really go out of their to help wonderful experience 😀😀”

“Needed distance glasses for Aqua as did not want to use my Cartier. The girls were very pleasant, helpful & kind & organised everything quickly & smoothly. Very good value for money for what I needed.”

“The process was very straightforward. I got varifocal glasses. Went to the store and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They took about two weeks to arrive but lovely glasses that I enjoy wearing.”
