Here at IOLLA we don't think it's fair for some people to pay more for their glasses than others just because they have a higher prescription. We are absolutely delighted that you love your specs Samantha. Thanks for the great review!

“From start to finish was very impressed. Booked appt online, went to shop as needed varifocals so needed measurements. Trainee in Stockbridge shop was lovely and so polite, she needed a little help and it arrived quickly, i didn't mind at all. Loads to choose from, easy to do, arrived today and chuffed to bits. Have now booked appt for husband too”

“I have bought IOLLA glasses for a few years now and always have fantastic service. I recently got lenses updated in a pair that I own and it was so quick and easy to get them ordered and sent to me. Highly recommend!”

“Loved the sunglasses I bought. Very helpful, friendly staff and very reasonable prices. I love to be able to support a local business instead of a big box store! I actually popped in to buy normal prescription glasses, and all the glasses were too wide for my face and made me look like a wee granny. One pair suited me but the colour options weren’t great. I’m still on the hunt for a new pair so hopefully there’s some new options soon! I’d love to be able to buy another pair from Iolla.”

“Laura from customer service went above and beyond to get my new glasses to me on time ahead of my driving test where I needed my new prescription for it. Love my glasses as well, very lovely quality. I’m a returning customer and I will return again, can’t beat the price, quality and service!”

“My first visit to your new St James’s Store and was very impressed! The staff were very friendly, they sorted out my sunglasses which were too big and I purchased new specs. Nice shop, good choice and friendly staff. Will definitely be back :)”

“Great service in compliance with guidelines. Wide collections of style though like many opticians haven’t updated with new pairs of glasses or expanded on colours available over lockdown. One thing that has changed is the quality of fabric lens cloth which feels thinner/cheaper and easily leaves smears on lenses. I love the rest of the packaging and design.”

“I have followed iolla on instagram for a while and always wanted to get a pair of glasses, decided to visit the showroom in Glasgow city centre, the staff were lovely and really helpful. I had picked so many pairs, and the area outside to take off your mask is a great idea. My sunglasses arrived pretty quickly and I love them, such great quality and beautiful design.”
