“I love my new Iolla glasses! I live in the USA and had seen Iolla glasses on line and loved the look of them. I was able to visit Glasgow last month and ordered my glasses while I was there and they were shipped home to me in the USA. Because of the great and thorough care the two young associates gave during the visit, they fit perfectly and my vision is exact. I highly recommend them and would definitely consider another pair in the future.”

“Iolla provide a very good service. They have a fantastic range of spectacles, al well displayed in the store. The inclusive price of frames and lenses is exceptional. Turnaround is very quick. The staff are very friendly and helpful.”

“Staff in the Edinburgh shop are helpful and are happy to look for designs to suit. They are happy for you to look around with no pressure to buy which is good. After care is also good and they will adjust your glasses at any time. I have a few pairs and they are all comfortable to wear. The price for glasses is also very good.”

“I had a slight issue with the shade of sunglasses that I ordered a few months ago. The customer support team contacted me directly and offered an in store follow up. I have had the lenses changed and they are perfect for me. Customer service, customer support and general contact was excellent.”

“I ordered a pair of varifocal sunglasses before I went on holiday, cutting it very fine with the delivery date. Contacted the Customer Service department two days before I left and was told the glasses would be in store the next day. They were, they fitted perfectly and the service I received when I picked them up was first class, as was the service when I ordered them. No problem at all, on holiday, infact helped make the holiday mor enjoyable because I could see where I was going. Thanks to all the team, especially Jo who couldn't be more helpful.”
