“The whole experience is just so easy. Plenty of choice, but not an overwhelming choice such as in some opticians, and colours. The price point is a real seller: I have a very high prescription and the price includes thinned lenses at no extra cost. Staff are helpful and know their stuff and my glasses arrived in 10 days.”

“I can’t imagine getting glasses from anyone but Iolla. Great service, with the extra support I needed when shopping alone and needing a second opinion. Glasses arrived safely within the quoted timeframe, and I love them. I also really appreciate the staff taking note of my concerns around the naming of a particular frame, which I nearly didn’t go for because the person they’re named for has turned out to be rather unpleasant. I love the online VR try on as well, will be how I order some sunglasses soon! As always, I ended up buying more than I intended because the styles are so great (especially for my narrow face), and I’m still wanting more. It’s great to be able to buy 2-3 pairs for the same price my optician would charge so I get variety.”
