“I picked up my 3rd pair of specs from the Manchester Iolla a couple of weeks ago. The range was great and the staff were very helpful helping me to choose my frames. The specs were ready in just over a week. I received an email to let me know. They were adjusted and i was told I could pop in any time if the fit didn't feel just right. For a pair of lovely frames and a varifocal prescription the price is good. I'll be back and highly recommend.”

“The experience of choosing and ordering my new glasses was so easy and enjoyable and also when I needed to come back to have them fitted, the lady who helped me made sure I was completely happy with the fit before leaving. I won't go anywhere else for glasses now.”

“Came across IOLLA in the St James Shopping Centre on a weekend visit to Edinburgh. The glasses on display looked much more interesting than the usual mainstream offering and the helpfulness of staff really stood out. I have seen great designs when travelling in Europe but the UK tends towards a plain or 'safe' style of glasses which limits choice in my opinion. IOLLA reminded me of European opticians with great designs at very good prices. I had no real intention of buying glasses on my trip to Edinburgh but was so impressed I ordered a new pair with the optional clip-on sunglasses which look great and are very practical. After uploading my latest prescription to the IOLLA website my order arrived in the promised two weeks and they are absolutely perfect. After opting for the best available lenses my new specs worked out at over 40% cheaper than my local optician prices in Newcastle. I am definitely planning a second pair from IOLLA on my next visit to Edinburgh or Glasgow. I only wish they had a branch in Newcastle or the Metrocentre. Overall, lovely designs, fantastic and super-helpful staff and excellent prices make IOLLA highly recommended from my experience.”

“Iolla’s glasses are hands down the best quality glasses I have ever had. I literally tell everyone about them as they are amazing. I recently had an eye test and had my Iolla glasses on and even the optometrist admired them and asked where they were from!”

“Amazing service as always! I live in Spain and submit my Spanish prescription and never had any issues having them fulfilled, the ladies in customer service have been as helpful as ever and my new specs are gorgeous and I’m getting asked where i got them from all the time! Thank you Iolla team!!”
