“Great range of frames & colours. Delivery according to the (quite short) schedule. Pricing very reasonable, even for my varifocals with astigmatism correction. Will really buy from Iolla again & would highly recommend”

“Have used iolla once in the past to order 2 sets of reading glasses. All was well so I repeated. Showed my prescription at desk indicated on the prescription was one tick at reading glasses which I also referred to during the ordering process. Glasses arrived2 weeks later with a distance prescription Im still awaiting the pair of readers that I ordered. Now nearly 2 weeks on from that chat.”

Hi Moira, We're so sorry for the mix up with your glasses and the inconvenience caused to you. It does look like a processing error in our showroom led to your glasses to be made up to your distance prescription instead of your reading prescription. Please accept our sincere apologies. As soon as we were made aware of the error, we processed an order to have your glasses reglazed correctly, as quickly as possible. I can see that your lovely new reading glasses are now ready and should be with you very soon. “The easiest pair of glasses I've bought in my past 17 years of wearing them! The two women who worked in the Manchester office when I wandered in after work one evening were absolutely incredible; giving me enough time to browse for myself while being there to offer advice and have a laugh about how seriously we take glasses shopping. I found a pair I liked and would usually go and mull it over at home, but after finding out they could order them for me there and then - even phoning my opticians to get the details, it was an easy decision to just get it sorted there and then.”

“Discovered Iolla on a visit to Edinburgh and loved the concept. Made a return visit just to buy some glasses. Seamless experience, great in house and online customer service, really happy with the purchase and the prices. We will be back and have already recommended to friends.”
