“The glasses are available in a range of stylish, original and affordable frames. The prices and time taken to make are very reasonable and the staff pleasant and helpful. I'm a fan - and I don't even live in Scotland!”

“The people who work in Iolla are very welcoming , they helped me once to purchase a pair of glasses because I was unsure if they suited me, they took their time showed me a few pairs of glasses and then decided to purchase the ones they said were perfect for me , when I got home my husband agreed they were perfect.”

“Great experience shopping at IOLLA. Friendly and helpful staff. Meg the manager was great. The store had closed but she let me in to collect my glasses. They were fitted perfectly.”

“The service and glasses were great, as always. My only “problem” is that the specs are all lovely, and I have no self-control when it comes to Iolla, so I came away with two pairs of glasses instead of the one pair I’d intended to buy.”

“Seeing the online offers I thought the shop would be worth a visit. The shop in Edinburgh is welcoming and the items on show are interesting and attractive. However, it was the staff that I found to be impressive. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. On the first visit I met with Isla, and on the second, Jodie. Both were excellent and friendly and their customer orientation obvious. The deciding and purchasing experience was enjoyable and is just one reason I will have no hesitation in recommending this company to others. When I need another pair of glasses I will definitely be coming to this shop to supply them In sum, first rate.”

“I know so many people with IOLLA glasses so when I went to the opticians and found I needed glasses for driving I went straight there to look. There is a showroom close by but because of how busy I thought the Black Friday weekend was I shopped online using the virtual try on service. Delivery was and I cant believe how similar the virtual try on is to what it looks like in real life! No need to be nervous about virtual try on and would order this way again. Glasses are really pretty and high quality.”

“I received confirmation of my order on 14 November. I’ve still not received notification that my glasses are ready. It is now 5 December. I was told I would hear within 6-8 days.”

I've had a wee look at your file and can see that our team in our Edinburgh showroom had sent you an email on the 21st of November, notifying you that your glasses were ready for collection. Our lead time for all prescription orders is 6-12 working days, with your order being delivered on working day 7. I'm so sorry if this email didn't come through!
