“Can't say anything negative about my experience! Customer service at St. James' shop was fantastic, so friendly and made everything simple to understand. The glasses arrived quickly and look amazing! They also fit perfectly and didn't need any adjustments like you would normally have to get in an opticians. With my student discount, I was so surprised at how cheap the glasses were! And who doesn't want snazzy yellow glasses? Thanks again to all at St. James' Quarter.”

“Excellent after care when experienced problem with glasses not meeting expectation on colour of frame. No fuss or question that issue would be resolved. Replacement pair were perfect.”

“I am awaiting to have my eye examination with my local optician and will hopefully get my prescription and bring along to Iolla to have them inserted into the frames which I purchased from them.”

“What a GREAT experience! I highly recommend. I had been using a "high street" Specs sort of place but expect I'll get all my glasses going forwards from Iolla. Great quality, great price, great service- what more is there? (OK, maybe eye exams too.)”

“After using the Virtual Try On tool through the website, I had a reasonable idea of what I'd get. The staff in-store explained all the options and how I could try on the various frames. Understanding that a wee video call was needed to get a second opinion, they soon sorted me out with the wi-fi password. After choosing, the measuring process was straightforward and delivery followed in due course. Right first time. Brilliant!”
