“The Manchester shop had some of the friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever met! As someone who's historically struggled to find glasses styles I felt suited me, they were really helpful in listening and working with me to find the ones that made me feel the most confident. The glasses are absolutely gorgeous and a steal of a price! I couldn't recommend them enough!!”

“I visited your Glasgow westend store. I had a problem with my glasses. This was take care by Katie who deserves recognition. She was very professional, very educated on iolla service, kind, chatty and her customer service was outstanding. I would not hesitate to go back and recommend your products. After the care I was given by Katie. Please acknowledge her expertise and outstanding service”

“I am very pleased with my new glasses. I was impressed by the staff’s knowledge and their care in helping me choose the right ones for me. The glasses were ready and I received a text to say I could collect them from their Manchester store. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to do that so I contacted the store and asked if they could be posted to my home. This was not a problem and my new glasses arrived a couple of days later. My friends all admired my glasses and I had to give them IOLLAS telephone number.”
