“Very good service, prescription sunglasses were a few days later than expected but they phoned to say they would send them out as soon as possible. Love the frames and great for reading in the sun! Will definitely use them again.”

“Brilliant prescription sunglasses. Quality is great. They arrived within the expected timeframe. They arrived and were tight and needed adjustment to my face which luckily I do know how to do. I think it would be really helpful if you provided a guide on your website on how to adjust the glasses at home, for online buyers not near your Scotland stores. I.E heating up the arms with a hair dryer and then bending them to fit your head. I know how to adjust them from the company I purchased my prescription glasses from. This would finish off the great experience from you guys. I will definitely purchase more sunglasses and glasses from you in the future.”

“I visited the shop in the city centre of Glasgow. The assistant was really helpful. But not over powering. Which was good as he let me decide what I suited. Overall a great experience. Oh and the customer services team rectified my order promptly and efficiently when I checked my invoice on my email. It was the sunglasses that were processed by mistake. Would certainly go back again. Price is fantastic too.”

“Such an easy experience, staff were so helpful, couldn’t fault anything. The frames are amazing quality, and are clearly built to last! Also there are no hidden fees which is a refreshing change compared to other places. Will definitely be back for my next pair!”

“I used the shop on Argyle Street in Glasgow and this was my first visit to an optician for my first pair of glasses. The atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly and the staff were fantastic. I had planned on shopping around but had bought my glasses within 15 minutes due to the excellent customer service and help I received. Highly recommend this company and in particular the Glasgow store.”
