“The team are very friendly and helpful and my glasses were ordered quickly in store. They arrived within the estimated time and are just as fabulous as I expected! These are my 3rd pair of Iolla glasses and I can't imagine getting specs anywhere else now.”

“I had an accident and required new spectacles quickly as I was going on Holiday. I called and then visited the Glasgow West George Street branch where your colleagues picked up information from my call and resolved the situation. In both cases your colleagues were polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. I would highly recommend Iolla to all.”

“What an inviting store! The person who helped me out (I wish I could remember her name; I was in your store on Monday, 29 April in the afternoon; I was the person from the US who was looking for glasses that look like the old British Optical frames) was so generous with her time and engaging. If I lived closer (!), I would definitely be back for other frames. Thank you so much for your time. P.S., the prices are amazing for frames.”

“Lovely glasses. This is my first pair, but I bought my daughter a pair last year and she recommended them to me. Likewise a friend had recommended Iola to her. Great word of mouth. Good price, great product.”

“Once again, a fantastic shopping experience. I visited the Edinburgh Shop, with my prescription, enjoyed trying on the excellent selection of glasses, assisted by a friendly and efficient member of staff. So easy and quick. Ordered and received to my home within 10days. Love them. Would certainly recommend Iolla”
