“What can I say...... I am blown away by the care and customer service given by the staff in Glasgow,West George St. branch. They rectified a fault that was not of their own making so that I was able to see clearly!! Every member if staff is kind abd professional. Cant recomend highly enough .”

“The staff are what make this place so different from anywhere else I’ve shopped! From greeting you warmly to offering honest opinions and picking out frames for you, you know you’re in safe hands if (like me!) you’re not sure what you want. I’ll definitely be back!”

“Clip on sunglasses arrived quickly. I have two pairs and felt £40 for clip on sunglasses seemed pricy. I’d tried to get for either pair of glasses in the Edinburgh store but they weren’t in stock and staff seemed disinterested, which didn’t match my experience the first time I visited.”

“Excellent customer service! I waited till my husband came with me to help me choose he was a nightmare. The assistant came over offered me 3 options that suited me and I found a pair I love. The process after that was seamless and arrived really quickly even though it was the festive period.”

“This was my first experience with IOLLA. The glasses were comfortable, but they couldn't be folded down completely on one side. I went back to the store to get them fixed, but unfortunately they couldn't fix them. What's more..... unfortunately, now folding down the glasses requires pressure, and I have to go back to the store.”

“Iolla were suggested to me by a friend and I have been impressed from beginning to end. I’ve only recently begun using reading glasses so it was a bit daunting at first. I really like that everything is the same price in Iolla and so you’re free to wander and just try different styles and designers. Customer service has been perfect. I can’t fault Iolla!”
