“I visited the shop in St James Quarter twice. Both times I was made very welcome, the staff explaining very clearly the terms and conditions and the Covid rules. I ordered vary focal glasses, they were delivered on time. Excellent customer service.”

“Both spectacles were better than I expected. The refurbishment of the Doyle style was very pleasing. The new pair are a light weight fit and good style. Thanks for a good service”

“I initially avoided Iolla when it opened in our shopping centre as I wrongly assumed it was an expensive spectacle shop given the designs in the window. How glad was I when I went in one day out of interest and found it to be incredibly affordable. So much so that I might be back for a second pair. The customer service was excellent and the buying process stream-less. I loved the attention to detail and quirky packaging when my new glasses arrived. Made the whole experience very personal.”

“I absolutely LOVE my new glasses. As someone who wears glasses all day every day, I tend to spend quite a lot of money on my frames. By the time you add on thinning down lenses etc, I end up spending a small fortune. I went with Iolla on the recommendation of a friend and they were so reasonably priced that I bought 2 pairs and still spent less than the last time I got new specs. I have had SO many compliments since getting my new frames and I just love them so much!!”

“I was well received by staff especially me being Deaf needing to lipread and she took the mask off and agreed to let me talk without my mask too which makes a huge differences. I got what I needed 👍🏻”

“As we walked into the shop we were invited to walk around and look at the glasses and the lady explained the price and the range .So we both use glasses so we did look around the shop and We went back a few days later with our prescription form and we ordered my glasses the precise details and the time taken was never an issue so great to look better with my new glasses To all the staff THANK YOU in St James centre Matthew Kennedy”

“A friend recommended IOLLA. I wasn't sure after going through the measuring process online and supplying my glass prescription, but I was delighted when the new glasses arrived and I tried them. The lenses were perfect, as they should have been, but the delight was the way the glasses fitted my head and the way they looked. Very impressed.”

“The ‘fashion police’ in my family decided I had old man glasses and needed to change them urgently, hence the IOLLA voucher for my birthday ! Thanks to the guidance from the very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff in the Edinburgh outlet I’m a new man and been told I look years younger. Result !”
