“Iolla was recommended to me by a friend so I decided to visit the store in West George ST, Glasgow. The range of frames, the price point for glasses as well as sunglasses plus really helpful and knowledgeable service made it a pleasure to buy a new pair of reading glasses. The frames were posted out direct to my house and it was a really seamless process. I would not hesitate to recommend Iolla.”

“The best, refunded my glasses which due to an unexpected eye condition I couldn’t use with that prescription… My fault… Iolla… the very best customer satisfaction, appreciated & as soon as my eyes are sorted I will be back…”

“Just fab, love my new glasses but really love the new fold clip ons. I already had the clip on with my last glasses but now that they fold so much easier to pop in my bag when the sun disappears!”

“Bought 2 pairs of glasses 2 years ago. Then and now staff have been friendly and very helpful. Liked my glasses so much that I decided just to change lenses. This was a quick and easy thing to do. I also love the fact that it’s a Scottish company. Will be using Iolla for my glasses in the future. Thank you”

“Best customer service I’ve ever experienced, with great thanks to Laura especially in the online help area - phenomenal! I chose a frame too large for my face and Laura helped me choose a new frame and exchange the prescription glasses for different ones. I can’t recommend Iolla highly enough after this experience thank you”

“Hi recently purchased polarised lens covers for my glasses. Assessment Very difficult to put on and take off. FIDDILY. Couple of times I thought I would damage my glasses. Once on they are very good in filtering the light. Will presever but at £40 expensive.”

Hi James, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that you have our clip-ons have not lived up to your expectations. The lenses that we use are fully polarised and offer full UV protection. It is good to hear that once on you do think that they do a good job. We understand that they can be a little fiddly to get on and off, this is because they do need to be a snug fit once on. There can be a bit of a knack to it, we will be in touch shortly with a handy video that can show you the easiest way to use them. We hope this helps.
