“Great experience in store. Staff allowed me time to look around at my own pace and didn’t feel any pressure to hurry my decision (like I have previously) Friendly staff and offered great support. Would come back and recommend to friends and family.”

“I had high hopes from Iolla after hearing very good recommendations from friends and colleagues. And as expected, the team at Glasgow City Centre delivered exactly that customer experience. I am extremely pleased with the quality of my new glasses. The process from trying out all of the frames, picking the best one, placing an order with all required measurements – no faults what so ever. Additionally, delivery of the glasses was timely, packaging very lovely and recyclable. I am also extremely satisfied with the clip on sunglasses. After a little practise, very easy to put on and take off, and works like magic whilst driving and the sun is shining right in front of me.”

“I have used IOLLA fir several years and can confirm the shop in general, the staff and the service is the best. Added bonus would be a wee coffee or a water while browsing, or waiting to complete your purchase.”

“Amazing service, great choice and very good prices. It was actually a joy to be here, the lady was so lovely, with the perfect balance of letting me browse and try on versus giving advice. I bought on my first visit and would definitely buy from there again. This was after a failed several weeks of experience at Vision Express where I had to return my glasses for a refund. Super happy first off with Iolla.”

“Took longer than expected (take a look at the shipping info, unlike other providers they require 2 weeks). They kindly expedited my shipping after I asked about the status but still took more than a week to arrive. When it did arrive unfortunately the glasses do not seem to work for me - I get very dizzy, there seems to be some sort of thickness issue and vision is not as good as I had hoped. Will go in person to an optician instead - I don't think online providers tend to be very reliable in general”

Hi Luna, we're sorry to hear you're disappointed in your IOLLA experience. We quote a lead time of 6-12 working days for prescription orders which is noted on the website and on the order confirmation emails. I can see your order was dispatched on working day 7 so well within the lead time. We also updated your shipping to 24 hour free of charge, as a gesture of goodwill to speed this up for you. I can see the glasses were marked as delivered 2 days after this - so reached you on working day 9. We have used a thinner lens for your order and I can't see that you've reached out to us to discuss any problems with your vision. We are always here to help and you can reach us at help@iolla.com

“I was unsure which colour/style to go for so I took advantage of the knowledgeable staff. They helped me pick 2 pairs of perfect glasses. This company sells stylish spectacles made to an extremely high standard! It's great because they are a fraction of the price compared to other opticians! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this brilliant company!”
