“I was so impressed with my experience at IOLLA. As someone with a high prescription I was overjoyed at how thin the lenses were at no extra cost. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish and a real pleasure shopping in store and online. Already thinking about buying a 2nd pair!”

“Lovely staff, all very helpful. Glasses styles are excellent, all on trend with huge amount to choose from. I have varifocals & even with the extra £70 added on they were still reasonably priced!”

“I received superb support from Iolla when I had a problem adjusting to an updated prescription. They gave excellent advice and after my optician retested my eyes they exchanged my frames and lenses at no additional cost. I found all staff whether in store or online very friendly and helpful. I now recommend Iolla to friends and family so win win!”

“I had been for a recent eye test at my local Opticians but couldn’t find any frames that I liked. Was walking passed Iolla on a day out in Glasgow and popped in for a look, very impressive, funky range of frames in different colours, picked 2 and they were delivered to my home within 8 days, excellent service and now have 2 pairs of funky glasses, Thank you Iolla!”

“This is my second pair of glasses from iolla, I loved the frames so much on my first pair I decided to get a second pair in a different colour. So easy to order very reasonably priced. I have paid a considerable lot more from high street opticians.”

“I love my specs. However, this is the second pair that has been delayed in delivery. On the previous occasion, I chased IOLLA for updates while this time, they got in touch to inform me of the delay. Once is excusable however part of the reason for choosing IOLLA is the overall experience and the delays make me hesitate using IOLLA in future or recommending them to others. Also, the finish on the lens is not optimal and scratch like marks are visibile.”
