“I lost my glasses & had to order a new pair via an online chat. The person on the other end was lovely & had the order ready & in my email ready to be paid by the end of the coversation. Glasses arrived within 5 days by post & I can read clearly again”

“Sadly now a great experience for my first purchase wrong measurement, then wrong lenses 5 weeks still not resolved was going to buy another pair but I dint bother”
