“My third pair of prescription sunglasses from Iolla. I love the simplicity of ordering. The frames are modern and colourful with a good selection. well made and sent out quickly. What's not to like?!”

“I would like to thank the team at Iolla for their wonderful customer service. I was happy to pay for replacement frames which got damaged but they found me a replacement in their workshops, fritted them and posted them back to me: for free! I couldn’t ask did getter. Thank you Iolla! Karen x”

“Picked up glasses after a ten day wait for them only to find that they had put the wrong lenses in- couldn’t see a thing! I’m still waiting for the replacement ones - another ten days later !”

Hi Jane, we're so sorry to hear about the mix up with your order. We quote a lead time of 6-12 working days and I can see your initial order was ready to collect on working day 8. On collection, we had realised that the glasses were made to your distance prescription rather than reading and so an order for replacement lenses was placed right away. These were then dispatched by our workshop 5 days later but it looks like there had been a slight delay with the delivery, arriving with you 3 days later. The tracking is showing that these were delivered to you today so a member of our Customer Support team will be in touch to follow up.

“I was very impressed when I walked into the shop in Glasgow with the variety of frames available all atthe same reasonable price. The staff were very helpful. I don't live in Glasgow and didn't have my prescription with me but was able to upload it and complete my order online very easily when I returned home. The glasses arrived promptly and I'm very happy with them.”

“I LOVE my new glasses! The team in store in Glasgow were soooo lovely and didn’t pressure me into choosing quickly which usually happens in other glasses shops/opticians. They were so helpful and helped me choose when I couldn’t decide between a couple. Thank you guys, these are the best glasses I’ve had in such a long time!! Also big shout out to Catrina!”
