“A fabulous experience with amazing choice of frames. The young female we had in the West George Street store, Francesca, was so knowledgeable about the product and what would possibly suit my face. She was so professional and took time to show me styles that I would never have considered and probably would have chosen the same frame as I have had in the past. I have came away with a frame so different for me but suits me so much and had many compliments. Also I was delighted to be introduced to the clip on sunglasses that I purchased and actually gives my glasses a totally different and stylish look. This is an amazing solution to adapting your own prescription to sunglasses in an instant.”

“The staff & manager in the Finneston St branch in Glasgow were great. No hard sale however buckets of help, genuine care and attention to detail when my varifocals were being measured up and later fitted. The delivery time was right at the end of the time frame quoted which is fair enouygh but I was kinda hoping to get then slightly earlier. Outsdanding value. I was quoted 3 times the cost from a High St Opticians,”

“My girlfriend and I visited this store because she needed sunglasses. The staff was fantastic - friendly and super helpful. They made the experience so enjoyable that I ended up buying a new pair for myself too! Plus, the sunglasses arrived really quickly. I highly recommend this store!”

“Really disappointed with the service I received. Ran out of patience waiting on my glasses, then told you had a problem with my lenses and waited as though I had just ordered them all over again. Always recommended iolla but sorry, having a rethink now !”
