“Twelve days is too long to wait for glasses also not impressed with lack of service on collection meant a further trip to get glasses fitted properly resulting in 3 weeks before glasses were more comfortable but still not completely comfortable”

“This is my second pair of glasses from IOLLA and again I’m very pleased with the glasses and the service. Having had lens implants I may need a lens change very soon and it would be handy for me if I could send my glasses by post as I’m not near a shop and only visit the Glasgow branch once or twice a year.”
