“Excellent service! Employee in store was friendly and extremely helpful, even after I advised that I wouldn't be making a purchase there and then! Online system very easy after going to the store and finding the perfect fit. Speed of manufacture and delivery was excellent and without being constantly bombarded with emails on every single step. It was however a little confusing that the prescription information was not required before finalising booking and payment - this is my only negative! All in all, excellent experience, both in the store (Edinburgh) and online. Would recommend to a stranger in the street, never mind a friend or colleague!”

“Absolutely fantastic! I ordered 2 prescription pairs and I have never been so happy with both my normal glasses and my sunglasses. They fit perfectly.”

“Excellent service start to finish! Having paid a fortune for thinned lenses in the past, I am particularly impressed by the lenses I’ve received from iolla at no extra cost (shown in image!) I trialled it with sunglasses but will definitely return for specs once I have updated my prescription!”

“The range of frames was great and the whole experience of getting my new glasses was really easy. I can honestly say that the glasses sent to me are the best I have ever worn. At last I have varifocals that work exactly as expected. I would definitely recommend IOLLA if you are looking for something stylish and affordable.”

“I’ve purchased two pairs of glasses from iolla after having been introduced to them last year by a friend. I love the variety of styles and colours offered, there’s really something for everyone. Recently there was a fault with one of my frames so I took them into the Finnieston store to show the team. Within minutes they had organised for them to be sent off to have the lenses put into a new frame so I could continue to wear my glasses that I love so much! Always incredible customer service with such genuine and friendly staff. Couldn’t recommend more.”

“I visited the Edinburgh store whilst visiting the city, just before I was due for my eye test review in my home town; I was really pleased with this visit as the staff were so friendly and the store was so clean and well laid out, with lots of options to consider. The prices were excellent! I brought my prescription back to the store some weeks later and my order was placed very quickly with the help from a store assistant. My purchase arrived on time, in a lovely case and the glasses are so comfortable and the nicest I have seen in a long time. I am so pleased! Thank you”
