“Ive have always been extremely happy with the quality and style of glasses I have purchased from IOLLA. The staff always go above and beyond to be as helpful and flexible as they can which is always greatly appreciated. I wouldn't buy glasses from anywhere else!”

“My 4th pair in less than 2 years so absolutely a fan! Loving the glasses, staff are always super friendly and helpful! Great concept and delighted you go from strength to strength as a business!! BIG LOVE TO KENNEDY at your Edinburgh store (new shopping centre) ❤❤”

“The service in the St James Centre Edinburgh IOLLA store was impeccable! From picking the frames to making sure the lenses were perfect, everything was fantastic! The glasses themselves are gorgeous and I’m very happy with them”

“Well what can I say ordered 2 pairs of glasses one normal and one pair of sunglasses they did not disappoint . From start to finish the service was amazing . I am in love and already planning my next pair .”

“Girl who delt with my husband and myself was super lovely and helpful. I also really appreciate an honest opinion which she gave :) we had our 3 year old boy with us too and she couldn't have been any more friendly. Would always recommend iolla”

“Left my glasses to be refreshed and was abit worried as I was told 10-14 days for return. Mentioned that I didn’t have spares so Iolla stated that they’d say that - received my glasses a week later. So happy with the refreshing and my glasses but mostly the great service from Iolla.”
