“The girls I spoke to in two when I was buying my glasses were so helpful and lovely. When I went to collect them they were equally as nice. They were all so welcoming, I had never been to the shop before but will definitely be back. The two pairs of glasses I bought are such good quality and so much sturdier than any pairs I’ve had in the past 12 years of wearing glasses.”

“First of all, i love my glasses!! The selection in Iolla is so fabby, as someone that wanted something a bit different than my usual there is definitely something for everyone. The staff at Iolla in Edinburgh are so warm and inviting, they are never unhappy to help you out! The process was so easy and did I mention affordable?! Will definitely be a returning customer! Thank you to everyone for making me love wearing my glasses again!!!”

“I have recommended IOLLA to friends due to the simple pricing. Personally I don't like the pressure to purchase on '2 for 1' deals and hidden cost of coating etc. tho I have made these purchases in the past. IOLLA is so much more straightforward, a lovely fresh approach and great customer service.”

“Pearl was so helpful and friendly, I went in on my birthday to buy glasses and when I collected them they had written it was my birthday so gave me some chocolate. The glasses are great but the staff make all the difference”

“I have been using Iolla for years now, but always via post as I’m nowhere near an actual store. The frames are excellent quality and resist a lot of wear and tear! I always receive compliments on them too. Recently I tried the Refresh option instead of getting new frames, and the process was very easy and I got them back quicker than expected. I had been using the Whatsapp service to speak to customer service about it, and initially they told me I was due an eye test which was lovely as they could have just gone ahead with the order then I’d have had the wrong prescription like a month later! So I waited for the test and resumed the order with my most up to date prescription. I also had one pair with some slight oxidisation - I queried if this was something they could fix (they did) but they also said if they couldn’t they’d be in touch to go over options. It was a lovely surprise when I got them back to receive a replacement case for one of them that I had lost, and some new lens cleaners. All in all I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else for my specs now!”

“I came accross IOLLA whilst on holiday in Edinburgh. I decided on the glasses I liked and was measured up by a really helpful lady. I bought my glasses online when I returned home, the service was excellent, the packaging was cute and personalised, and my glasses fit perfectly. I'll definitely shop again!”
