“This is the second time I have been to IOLLA and it is the second time I have been delighted with my new face furniture and when you have a face like mine you need good furniture! My frames (yes, bought two) are great for different moods and clothes - or none. I'm heading back for a third pair and those will be my sunglasses.”

“I have been using IOLLA since they first opened their shop and I cannot fault the service they provide. The frames are quirky, but everybody will be able to find the right frame for them. The products are well priced and the delivery is spot on. The staff in the stores are always friendly and accommodating and make you feel welcome and comfortable. They are honest if you ask them for their opinion on the frames. I also love the little secret library bookshelf they have in most of their stores. I cannot wait to buy more. The only fault I would point out, in my opinion, are the cases that the frames arrive in. I love that they fold flat, but the magnet isn’t well placed to secure the case when the glasses are within.”

“I was really impressed with my first IOLLA order. I went into the shop in Edinburgh to order, and the staff were really knowledgeable. I have prism in my prescription, so can sometimes be hard to find frames that accommodate the thickness of my lenses, but the staff were easily able to help me choose a frame style that I liked, as well as would be appropriate for my lenses. The glasses are lovely, I’m really impressed with the quality of vision out of them (just as good as big brands like boots or specsavers), the lenses are really thin (thinner than other glasses from big brands that I’ve paid extra money for thinning), and such great value for money! I will definitely be getting glasses from IOLLA again!”

“This is my fifth pair of glasses from Iolla and I can't ever fault them. Easy to order, quick and efficient customer service whenever I've had questions, prompt delivery, and most of all, glasses that look and feel great! I wasn't able to get to a showroom to try this latest pair on but because of their accurate description and photos, plus the virtual try-on tool, I knew exactly what I was getting and they lived up to (high) expectations! 5/5 yet again”
