“Helpful & cheerful . The only thing I could complain about is my daughter’s got me the voucher for £75. With lock down & restrictions and as I had to get a new eye test the time I got round to using it the glasses were up to £85 . I thought they might have honoured the price at the time the voucher was bought. I am pleased with my glasses & have purchased a voucher for my daughter since Regards Jim.”

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed about your gift card though. We did honour full price on gift cards bought close to the date of our price increase but unfortunately, this did not extend as far back as June 2021 when yours was purchased. However, we absolutely take your comment on board and I'll be sure to pass this along to our management team for consideration

“You all surpassed yourselves yet again!! Excellent service and made my day!! (Sadly for me, I was in such a hurry to replace my lost frames tat the ones I’ve chosen are not quite as perfect as before. This means that you may find me returning to buy a bette frame after my next eye test😬☺️”

“I own many pairs of distinctive designer varifocal glasses which I purchased at a high street optician. However a work colleague recommended IOLLA as I had seen him wear a few different pair of your glasses. I was impressed by the trendy frames, straight forward and competitive prices. The frame I chose, Kelly in olive, is gorgeous and when I wear my glasses I receive many compliments. The frames are so fashionable I’ve already picked out my next pair and my bank account hasn’t taken such a big hit as it normally does 🤓😎”

“I had a great experience getting my new glasses here. The stylists were attentive and friendly, and helped me choose 2 new pairs of glasses which I love. Big shout out to Indra in particular for being so helpful with my shopping!”

“Great experience at IOLLA. Staff very friendly and helpful.Fab selection of frames to choose from so bought 2 pairs. Quality of lenses (and thinning down as I have quite a strong prescription) are excellent. Very happy with service all round.”

“Absolutely wonderful experience. Staff are so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, nothing is a problem to them. Skilled at solving problems which I had, but has been solved satisfactorily. Brilliant Company. Iolla all the way!!!”

“Fabulous selection of glasses and very helpful team in store. Only downside is the triangular case, not bag friendly. Please go back to the old case or at least let the customer select.”
