“I now have 4 pairs of glasses from IOLLA. They fit well & are so comfortable. The varifocal prescription is well done & easy to wear. And they were ready within the 10 working days promised. Would buy again, would recommend highly.”

“Lovely shop, staff and glasses. Was given plenty time to shop and was assisted quickly once decision was made. Was worried my lenses would not be thin enough but they are just perfect! And even posted to me. Thank you”

“Love my sunglasses. Generally always had good vision but in my 40s now and will likely need specs in the next few years - they will deffo be Iolla”

“Fantastic quality of product with some lovely detailing of the case for the glasses and pouch for the clip on shades. Staff were brilliant, friendly and informative made for a very smooth process. Already recommended this brand to others and will continue to do so. Will be keeping an eye out for new releases. Big thumbs up.”

“My new multifocals look very nice but I feel that the lenses aren't cut correctly. I find myself switching to my reading glasses a lot more than with my old frames. I've had them for 2 weeks now and should be used to them but they still don't feel right.”

“Fraser and his team were absolutely superb from start to finish. Everyone in the store was friendly, welcoming and chatty. Fraser took me through the new Orange collection that had just launched and it was fantastic. They are great ambassadors for the brand, keep up the good work!”

“Love my glasses so much I returned for my thrid pair, however sadly this is the third time the customer service has let me down. Uploaded my documents multiple times before having to send them via whattsapp for them to be accepted. Consequently it took three weeks for me to receive my specs, despite uploading documents the day of purchase and being a return customer.”

“A really good selection of frames for a great price. The turn around time was good and they arrived in store on the end of the date range as given. So affordable I will be back for another pair. Sunglasses have great lenses.”
