“Couldn't believe how easy it has been ordering glasses from Iolla, and to be able to support a Scottish company is the icing on the cake. Love my glasses. I have highly recommended Iolla to a number of friends.”

“I didn’t find staff member who served me overly friendly. She was quite matter of fact. I was also disappointed in the wait time. I got my last pair of specs quicker during lockdown”

“Iolla in Glasgow city centre looks and smells amazing! The staff are welcoming and helpful which makes it a lovely experience. Just bought my first pair of glasses from Iolla and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Have recommended Iolla to family and friends.”

“From discovering the brand 4 years ago to now walking into a shop, the experience has never faulted. The choice of frames is wide, the service in store and online excellent. All I got to say is keep going, you are smashing it!”

“Really excellent customer service in store - I wish I could remember the name of the lovely woman who gave me the perfect advice while taking into account my taste and requirements. The glasses are great - my first varifocals and I’m getting on fine with them! Lovely quality, even down to the nice case etc.”

“Fantastic glasses at a great price - I was really pleasantly surprised by the quality, ease of the entire process, and accuracy of the lenses - they're so thin and usually that costs way more. So impressed. Will definitley be back for my next pair of glasses! Oh and I have quite a strong prescription, a lot of other websites don't offer glasses but it was no problem for IOLLA. Amazing!”

“I’m was initially dubious to order glasses online but I am thrilled with my purchase. My prescription is varied so I usually spend hundreds on lens thinning but not with IOLLA! These are the best glasses I’ve ever had, they fit perfectly and the lenses are great. It’s so exciting to be able to build my collection at an affordable price. Thanks ☺️”

“Brilliant, I love the new prescription sunglasses…my kids are no longer embarrassed on sunny days. Just one point on my normal specs needing tightening….after 3 goes they were fine, but soon after they need it again.”

“Absolutely love my Bell varifocal glasses with clip on sunglasses, which I have had for almost a year now and had no issues with. The customer service was fantastic and I will certainly continue to purchase from Iolla as the quality and price is excellent.”

“I bought a pair of IOLLA 'Bruce - Black' glasses online in Glasgow just to try and was so impressed I went into the shop and bought a second pair ('Smith - Walnut Tortoise') - love them ! My wife then bought a pair of 'Connolly - Frosted Orange' glasses and was delighted with them. Super quality, friendly helpful staff, very attractive price, and fast delivery. We will definitely be going back and would recommend IOLLA to anyone looking for a new pair of glasses.”
