“Sadly now a great experience for my first purchase wrong measurement, then wrong lenses 5 weeks still not resolved was going to buy another pair but I dint bother”

Hi Gordon, we are so sorry to hear that your glasses don't feel quite right. I can see that after a chat with our Dispensing Optician, we decided to go for your intermediate prescription for now as we can't supply varifocals online to new customers. Our Dispensing Optician has emailed you now with a few questions to help us get to the bottom of this and find a solution that will work better for you.
