“A pleasurable shopping experience where I bought an excellent product at a most reasonable price. The young lady who assisted me was absolutely charming, knowledgeable and most helpful. I shall most be a returning customer if my new sunglasses are as good and as functional and robust as they look . Well done Iola!”

“I was really impressed with the service from IOLLA. I happened to go in to the Manchester store not really knowing anything about them and was so surprised at the very affordable glasses that include anti glare and scratch resistant coating in the price. Everyone was really helpful, asking if I wanted some recommendations. There’s lots of different styles and colours, all are there to try, plus as sunglasses too. The shop is really bright and there’s plenty of mirrors. Ordering was easy; they sort out the measurements for you, and then you can get them delivered or collect in store. I chose in store in case I needed adjustments and picking them up was a simple process. I’m really happy with my purchases.”

“The staff were great in the Finnieston store, first time buyer and was guided through the different ranges. Once I picked I was shown what the next steps. Great prices, wonderful service, highly recommend. I want to build a collection”

“AMAZING! Everything went smoothly, from buying the glasses to the delivery. The customer service is amazing. They helped me with my order and gave me updates about the status of my glasses. I was a bit worried because I needed to go to holiday and I wanted to have the sunglasses with me. The customer service speed up the process and I got everything on time. I could enjoy mg glasses during my holiday. Quality is great and price is so cheap!”

“I am really impressed with Iolla. I had a good range of frames to choose from, the staff are very helpful and took great care when measuring the optical range of my prescription. The only thing that would have added to the experience would have been the option to have transition lenses. I have since had my glasses adjusted to give a more comfortable fit and I'm enjoying wearing my much admired glasses.”
