“I love my new glasses. Really please with them. Thank you. However, I found the staff in-store pretty unfriendly. I'm really glad I persevered be asue I'm please with my specs, and plan to buy again. I will not enjoy going back into the shop though.”

“I enjoyed the experience and visit to the store, however not so sure about the frames l chose now l have them. There was lots to choose from and no hard sell and the staff were very helpful.”

Last year we increased our prices which saw the single vision Refresh service increase from £45 to £50. Since our launch, we’ve made some big changes at IOLLA to push forward our product quality and overall service standards. In order to continue to build a business that is a force for good, we had made some changes to our pricing. This is the first time we’ve made any major changes to our price in 5 years.

“The frames are strong and from an excellent selection. Note that each frame type comes in either wide, medium or narrow so find out what size your head is before selecting. It took me a while to work this out”

“Another fab visit to the Glasgow city centre store. Staff were friendly and helpful and my gorgeous new glasses arrived a week later. Had seen Campbell in lava red advertised on Facebook and had to have them.”
