“I receive excellent service from Jayne in the Glasgow city centre shop. She gave me lots of suitable suggestions to match my specific requests for the 2 pairs of glasses I required and gave assistance in what suited my face shape. Jayne was also very attentive when I picked up my glasses and required minor adjustments to the frames. The whole process was very friendly, enjoyable, swift and efficient. Getting lots of compliments on my new look.”

“I came to Iolla because of the reviews I saw in the Edinburgh page on Reddit. I appreciate the simplicity of the purchase process and also the friendliness and knowledge of the staff in the store. I’ve just spent 3 weeks using my first ever prescription sunglasses and I love them.”

“I love my IOLLA glasses - they look amazing and the customer service was also fantastic. I have quite a high prescription and unlike most other places they didn’t charge me a penalty for this for thinning, etc which is unheard of to me! Have been recommending to anyone that wears glasses!”

“1. Your staffs service is good! 2. At the time being, services your shop providing are quite limited! - No transition lens; - of course your packages £85 to some extend could be attractive, however frames without prescription also same price, this limited some business chance! - No service for customers bringing own frames to yr shop for prescription lens. 3. The frames you provide are charming, however I could found exactly the same products (though not in the same “IOLLA” brand) in town recently! In case you could not provide more flexible packages, could be difficult to compete!”

“I love the range of styles on offer at Iolla. The staff are helpful and not pushy. Ordering involves responding to an email with your prescription but it was easy to do. The glasses were ready to pick up when they said they would be. I have had lots of compliments.”

“The order process was straightforward with clear instructions given on how to enter my prescription and measure the distance between my pupils. I received my prescription glasses within 10 days and I am delighted with the quality of the glasses plus they fit perfectly.”

“What a find! A friend recommended Iolla and in fact came with me to choose frames. What a joyous experience from start to finish. I love my new glasses and sunglasses and at that price the concept of glasses accessorising different outfits becomes much more possible. Happy camper 😃”

“I had a fantastic experience in the St James Quarter store. Good selection of glasses and the member of staff who helped me was attentive and just really, really lovely. Glasses were posted to my house rather than having to collect and fit really well. One pair is slightly tight behind the ears but this can easily be rectified. Highly recommend, affordable and pretty eyewear. Will be going back for sunglasses soon!”
