“Every single member of staff on my visit was amazing. Especially the man who served me who had great humour and excellent communication. Glasses are great. I got the Rae frame and I love them. I get compliments almost everyday. Will be back for another pair soon!”

“I really can't thinknof any improvements that vould oossibly be madde to the service or the products. The staff wete so helpful, even when it turned out my optician had sent me an old prescription, the Iolla staff sorted it out for me, and I didn't have to do anything. The glasses are lovely, really high quality, and the shop is lovely too.”

“Had a Fantastic experience whilst purchasing some new sunnies, Jayne was superb and really knew the products and Sadie the stylist was so helpful, both aided me in my choice of glasses. Atmosphere in shop was very calm and welcoming”

“Lovely staff in store and helpful. Good service overall, however I had to go in store to check if my order had been delivered as I never received a delivery email and it was there, so I'm not sure how long it had been there without me being notified.”

“Recently visited IOLLA Finnieston for the first time and needless to say that I definitely will be back for a second pair! Lovely staff who made the whole experience enjoyable and amazing glasses to choose from. Super happy with my first pair of IOLLA glasses…already excited about my next pair!”
