“The service in store (Glasgow - Argyle Street) was excellent and they helped guide my selection without pressuring me. Once i had selected a frame the sizing and measuring was very precise, and the glasses fit perfectly. It was a very easy process and the delivery was quick.”

“Very pleased with my new glasses (Monro Turquoise) I have a strong prescription and wear varifocals. Had excellent fitting in shop. The thinned lenses are great. All at a brilliant price- thinking about my next pair!”

“Good service, friendly staff. Slight mix up with order but was fixed quickly and professionally. Even got a chocolate bar included in my order as a sorry for the delay!”

“I brought my prescription, chose my frames, a very professional young woman marked the frames for my varifocal lenses, I paid for them and received new glasses within 10 days - oh yes, and no hard sell! What’s not to like?!”

“Incredible experience from start to finish. The Glasgow staff were incredibly helpful and knew the products inside and out. Frame selection was a breeze (the lady who picked some out to try did SUCH a great job I took a good ten minutes to pick from four different pairs), the order process was smooth and quick, and delivery was fast. I received my prescription sunglasses and they’re legit the best thing I’ve ever invested in!”

“Very kind and friendly staff. It was great to receive the glasses by post, all on time and I was always updated by mail. Excellent price quality. To be perfect would be work on more designs and offer prescription so we don't need to bring it from other place.”

“Great service received in Glasgow city centre branch. Staff all very friendly and happy to offer advice, was quoted 8-14 days for home delivery and received within a week. Will definitely be back!”
