“Very helpful assistance in the shop. The assistant bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. My varifocal sunglasses are perfect, stylish and so cheap compared to the rip off prices charged by most opticians.”

“Absolutely fabulous! I am so pleased with my first pair of glasses I bought I went right back into the website and ordered a second pair. They are everything I am looking for, style, quirky, excellent price and fit beautifully, I get compliments all the time on my bright yellow glasses! I always say if I need to wear glasses they should be quirky and stylish, Iolla tick all my boxes for everything I'm looking for in glasses. Customer service is awesome, I was updated at every step of the production and delivery. When I received my glasses they had even put a little bar of chocolate in and a hand written note which I thought was a lovely personalised touch. Receiving my first pair of glasses from Iolla made me smile when I opened them. I am now awaiting my second pair of specs which I expect will be just as fabulous as my first pair. I am recommending Iolla to all my friends and colleagues. Thank you so much for brightening my day! I am definitely a life long customer..... Update to my review... I received my second pair of specs very quickly and once again they are fabulous! I always get compliments on both pairs as they are so colourful, quirky and very different to the usual same old same old you get from high Street opticians...which cost triple the price for me as I need my lenses thinned a lot, iolla do this all included within the £75 I paid, iolla may be cheaper but the glasses are certainly top quality, robust and made to a high standard. I have told all my specs wearing colleagues and friends about Iolla, I'm already checking out my next pair! I love having lots of glasses to choose from depending on my mood each day or to match my outfit....I love Iolla ❤”

“Team in both centre of Edinburgh and Stockbridge stores were great. First measurements for my vari focals weren’t spot on, but it was easy to take them back and they were sorted perfectly! I’ll be back!!”

“I recently sat on my glasses and broke one of the temples (arms) off. I had bought my glasses 2 years previous in IOLLA when I was living in Glasgow and absolutely loved them so I was gutted. I now live in Belfast so I tried to get them fixed at an opticians and they said they couldn’t fix them. So I contacted iolla and they said they could replace the frame and keep the lenses for a charge that I thought was very reasonable and it was free postage and packaging! I was so impressed by the service!”

“Really amazing customer service, everyone I have ever interacted with in there is so helpful and friendly and nothing feels like too much trouble for them.
