“Fabulous service. The staff are always so friendly and helpful in store. I ordered my new glasses online and it was super easy, I just submitted my latest prescription with my order and it was all sorted. Iolla communication was great and kept me updated on what was happening throughout the order process. The glasses came about 10 days later and I'm absolutely delighted with them. Such good quality and I've had so many compliments on them! Might have to order myself another pair...”

“Everything was brilliant, the idea that you can choose a frame, handover your prescription, pay £85, and then the glasses arrive in the post is superb. my only slight negative experience is that if i go into the glasgow shop, there may only be 1 or 2 members of staff, and there are a lot of people waiting for attention, and can lead to a long wait. Thank you”

“This is the 2nd pair I have got from Iolla, they are just as good. they were supposed to be my spare glasses but are now my primary pair. The whole selection process and customer service was great. Only trouble I had was narrowing down my choice.”

“Great staff in store, so knowledgable and not pressurising to buy glasses. Glasses the cheapest I’ve found as I need them thinned a lot which always adds on £200+ to the glasses elsewhere.”

“Every time I have been into an IOLLA it has potentially been one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve done my share of customer facing roles and know how it can be yet every person I have interacted with has always gone above and beyond the call of duty in terms of kindness and being helpful. I tell everyone I ever meet how proud of my glasses I am and even if they don’t have glasses I tell them to just pop down to one of the stores just for a nice experience”
