“Great service instore, they were busy but they let us know when we would be served to that put us at our ease. The assistant really knew her stuff and helped me select a pair of prescription sunglasses that best suited me and my prescription. they arrived by post and are perfect. My daughter has had four pairs of Iolla glasses and I would highly recommend. there are great styles service and prices.”

“As always, the customer service at IOLLA was wonderful! The staff are super friendly and approachable and my experience in the store was great. The glasses were ready for collection in perfect time before the holidays and the quality is always 100/10.”

“I couldn’t find the frames I wanted in any of the national chains and just happened to stumble across IOLLA walking through St Anne’s Square in Manchester - their frames selection was great and I was soon able to find just what I was looking for - coupled with that the service was friendly and efficient - this is a boutique opticians providing excellent customer service at very reasonable prices”

“Stylists were very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond. When my order was delayed due to postal strikes/knock on impact on couriers, customer service was brilliant. They were friendly and resolved the issue immediately. Overall, great experience.”

“Was recommended by my son to visit your shop. Was impressed with selection of very fashionable frames. Chose one & was very pleased with the fantastic cost for my husbands glasses. When glasses were ready we went to collect and was very pleased with the finished prescription. Staff were very friendly & efficient. Will be going myself when I nxt need spectacles.”

“I had a bit of an unfortunate experience in that the prescription in my glasses had been mixed up between the two eyes and so the glasses when I received them (a good bit later than planned but this was due to Royal Mail strikes rather than IOLLA) I was unable to wear them. Rather than post them back I was advised to return to a workshop to have them checked and, indeed, the prescription had been put in the glasses incorrectly. I was advised that these would be sorted ASAP, and if I could come and pick them up in store rather than having them re-posted that I would hopefully have them in time for Christmas. Sadly this was not the case. I have now picked them up, which negated the convenience of having them posted (one of the reasons I chose to order with IOLLA) and they have been sorted. I was given an apology but no other compensation was offered. I do now have the glasses that I ordered in November but I am a little disappointed with the experience.”

Hi Laura, We're so sorry for the error with your glasses and the inconvenience caused to you. As a company, we always strive for every customer to have a fantastic journey with us and are saddened to hear that we have not met our usual high standards on this occasion. We did all we could to get your glasses back to you before Christmas however, we were unfortunately unable to do so due to the timing of the Christmas break. We completely understanding how disappointing this must have been for you and sincerely apologise. On the rare occasion that something does go wrong with your order, it's our usual policy to offer goodwill at the end of your journey with us. Generally, we'd follow up with you after a week so you've had the opportunity to try out your glasses and make sure they're working well for you. That way, we can see the full picture and ensure that compensation is reflective and appropriate. A member of our Customer Support Team will soon be in touch to follow up with you and see what we can do to turn your IOLLA experience around.

“I popped into the Edinburgh store to get look at a few styles IRL because I couldn’t decide looking online. The staff were amazing; so helpful with guiding me on style choices, helping me whittle it down to 3 including one I would never have picked online! I ordered that evening and the two I’ve picked are perfect for me!”
