“I had an issue with a prescription for my glasses which IOLLA managed to resolve. Spoke to explain my situation to one of their advisors who listened to all my concerns, she then explained she would have to speak to one of their opticians and would call me back. I received a call back the same day with all my issues resolved and a new pair of glasses ordered. Fantastic customer service and a company who listens. I am a very satisfied customer who managed to get the glasses I required.”

“What wonderful service I was provided by multiple members of the Iolla team. What struck me was their commitment to their happiness guarantee and they understand that sometimes glasses might not be as expected. The whole team did their best to solve my problem and I am really pleased with the outcome. Their advice on which glasses may suit me better and the selection of options they offered me made me feel like a valued customer. This is why I am a returning customer because they listen and see each customer as an individual. Their attentiveness when replying to emails in their timely manner made my whole experience which a return much more pleasurable.”

“Great experience over all, started off in the Edinburgh St James Branch who delivered my new glasses to Glasgow West George Street. Customer service in both shops was spot on. Staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful.”
