“Great service before glasses - on collection of glasses I was handed 2 pair of glasses and that was that. No seeing if they fitted or were what I had ordered . I was dumbstruck- and took glasses out of box manageress said if they don’t fit just come back - no after sales service whatsoever We don’t live in or near Glasgow so would have preferred not to make another trip Just so so disappointing .”

“My first time buying distance glasses online. The whole experience has been fantastic! The virtual try on is extremely accurate. The glasses are amazing and I have never had such thin lenses! What an absolute bargain!! Thank you team!”

“This is my 3rd time having lenses from Iolla. I like the style and chose a new pair of frames the same as the ones I've worn previously. I opted for the upgraded varifocals this time and while I am happy with them, I don't see much difference from the standard varifocal lenses I've had for the past 4 years.”

“Great range of glasses at a very good price. I was extremely happy with the assistance on my day of purchase and the sunglasses when they arrived! They also made a note per my request for the glasses to be cut from the darker area of the pattern so I didn't did up with too much of the paler pattern (similar to the pair in the shop) and they delivered on that as well! Very happy customer 😀”

“What a fabulous eyewear shop with amazingly helpful, friendly staff. Great range of reasonably priced glasses and sunglasses. Very pleased with my glasses and highly recommend this shop in St Anne’s Sq in Manchester.”

“I went in with a prescription and had peace, but help when needed to browse and try on glasses. I was on my own and the shop was quiet, but the women at the Finnieston shop were super helpful. I tried on and shortlisted multiple styles but was torn in the end between a standard style or something totally out the ordinary (for me at least) so with discussion and a boost of confidence from the staff, I took the risk and I am now the owner of a funky bright red pair of glasses! Much to the love of my classes at work and amusement of adults who would not take such a risk. In the words of my daughter ‘you do you mum’ 😍😂”

“I had a great Iolla experience a few weeks ago in the Finneston branch with my chatty little toddler. The two staff members could not have been more lovely and friendly. They didn't even seem to mind that she wanted to pick up every pair of glasses. I took in 4 pairs of glasses to be adjusted (due to said toddler bending them) and ordered 2 new pairs of sunglasses. Best morning ever!!!”
