“An excellent all round service including the very helpful staff in your St James’s quarter ( Edinburgh) shop and the efficient manner in which my glasses were organised and dispatched from your H.O.. In addition, the goods offer great quality at an affordable price. I have already recommended Iolla to friends and family.”

“Easy peasy! Take along your prescription and you're off! Even the glasses being ready for collection was shorter than I was advised so on time for my new glasses to come on holiday! Staff are helpful. Only comment was that at my usual optician they are happy to advise what might suit you, help with selection, etc - I was on my own without my partner.”

“Exceptional experience overall. Glasses are great quality and there’s a fantastic selection. I’ve bought from Iolla for a while and the team are always immensely in helping me with my indecisive nature when picking. They are also really good for helping with repairs and minor fixes on old pairs with no extra cost (pending the severity) To support a more independent and personal brand is far more rewarding than wasting money on hollow and tacky brands like Ray Ban etc. Could not recommend enough!”

“Glasgow West End Branch This is second time I have visited for frames. I have enjoyed the visits because of the excellent staff , relaxed environment and the width of selection. The team are friendly , very knowledgeable and above all able to listen and respond to customer's whims Collection of my frames was professional , speedy and a pleasure”

“Suitable glasses are hard for me to find, but even so, there were a few good styles for me to choose from. The best part, though, was the staff: everyone I worked with in selecting, sizing, and receiving my glasses was excellent.”
