“Delighted with my new spectacles - though that the staff were helpful and the turnaround time were as promised. Compared to the replacement cost of my other glasses, Iolla charges appear to be very reasonable.”

“Amazing service from Pearl at the store since I arrived. She explained the offer clearly and assisted me with everything. I want to thank Cleo form customer Service, who helped me a lot with uploading the prescription and also facilitated me an invoice that I requested. The glasses are beautiful, need a bit of adjustment but I know I can call in and they will adjust them for me.”

“Really helpful staff. Helped me choose between sunglasses designs and gave me honest options based on which suited me. When I collected the sunglasses from store they presented them beautifully for me to see them and then adjusted them so quickly. All in all a fantastic service”

“Absolutely lovely service and great glasses Would highly recommend to anyone. This is my third visit and pleased every time. Would be great to have a bigger selection for the petite face but I’m happy with the same frames again.”

“I bought my first pair of prescription sun glasses at IOLLA and couldn't be happier with them. The style is great, the fitting is perfect, and the shopping experience was really really pleasant. The only problem was choosing as there were so many lovely options. Thanks!”

“Having bought several pairs of glasses over the past few years , I am without doubt , an Iolla convert . The shops are extremely well laid out with the selection of glasses presented in such a way that it's very easy to home in on the different styles and colours making it easy to decide on what suits you best . There is a very nice vibe in the shops with very personable and knowledgeable staff on hand to assist you with any questions . Also, a fast and efficient service for prescription glasses and all glasses are reasonably priced.”

“I’m relatively new to wearing glasses and wanted a way to try different pairs on until I was happy. Having someone who knew what they were talking about giving pointers was very helpful. I was given options I wouldn’t have tried if left to my own devices.”
